This is a 100 watt lightweight polymer spotlight from outdoor Outfitters.  The light has a 6.9" / 175mm reflector.  The beam is fully adjustable so you can get the spot just how you like.  A coil cord is fitted and stretches to 2.5m and a lighter plug is fitted.  A rubberized grip with a trigger finger switch for off and on, and it utilises the twin prong bulb system found in most top quality lights.  These are lightweight, strong and very well made, and at the price excellent value for money.  One of those ‘worth having’ items.
